Outside furniture, wood processing industry in Jepara is also developed in handicraft products, including souvenirs and statues. There are 157 business units that cultivate this type of industry.

In addition to the Village Mulyoharjo, Jepara district which is also the center of a wooden statue, industry type was developed in the village craftsmen and Lebak Kawak (Pakis Aji), Bendengan (Jepara), and Karimunjawa. A total of 1095 workers who cultivate this industry during 2008 was recorded producing 418,737 sets / fruit products. Production value of the product produced is Rp. 3.3499 billion, -.

Consumers abroad gives confidence in the Jepara artisans because they have a competitive advantage that is much better than producers elsewhere. Subtlety and detail finishing products that much better, has provided tremendous appeal for the enthusiast products in various parts of the world.
